A mail account is a "mailbox" that holds your emails on the server until you view them (download them) with an email program. An email program is software that runs on your computer, such as "Outlook Express" or "Eudora" or "Pegasus Mail". There are literally thousands of other email programs available; we recommend that you use Microsoft “Outlook” or “Outlook Express”. Check with your internet provider for detailed instructions on how to set up mailboxes and configure most popular mail clients.
